He bites his bottom lip, nodding, “Acerbus wouldn’t have… Been in love. Or even liked someone, I suppose.” His eyes flit up to hers in silence, “have you ever…?”
“Been in love?” She fills in, probably a little too quickly.
He nodded quickly, licking his lips, “Yeah… That.” He asked, almost a little too eager for the answer.
